Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed.

  • Original tags, packaging and accessories must be intact.

  • The product should be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Exchange is subject to product/size availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale/clearance products

  • Customised or specially made-to-order products

  • Products specifically marked as Non-Exchangeable on the product page

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery

However, if you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. Such cases will be reviewed and resolved appropriately.

Size Exchange

If you need a different size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Size exchange is subject to availability.

Any exchange due to a change of size, colour preference or personal preference may be subject to applicable return/exchange shipping charges.

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange or refund, as applicable.

Refund Policy

Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used for the order. Refund processing may take additional time depending on the payment gateway/bank.
